Feet and Pedals is the brand and website through which Nobrand Global provides or facilitates event discovery, registration, sports and fitness experiences, and related services. Particular events may be organized by Feet and Pedals, Nobrand Global, or third-party event organizers, as identified on the relevant event page.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the age, eligibility, and participation requirements specified for the relevant event or service. Where required, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for a participant below 18 years of age.
3. Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep relevant information updated. We may reject or cancel a registration where information is materially incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, or where participation requirements are not met.
By registering, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, SMS and WhatsApp about your registrations and our services. We may also email you news, Journal stories and offers, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We send WhatsApp updates and offers only if you opt in. 4. Event Participation
Participation in running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, endurance, fitness, and other physical activities involves inherent risks. Participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness, following event rules and safety instructions, and complying with applicable laws and venue requirements.
Participation may also be subject to the Feet and Pedals Participant Waiver and Risk Acknowledgement.
5. Prices and Payments
Prices and applicable taxes or charges will be displayed before payment. Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. A transaction is considered successful only when payment and registration are successfully confirmed.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations, refunds, transfers, credits, and event changes are governed by the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy and any event-specific terms displayed during registration.
