Service messages. We send booking confirmations, tickets, reminders, refunds and account messages by email and, where you have given us your number, by SMS or WhatsApp. These are part of the service.
Login codes. When you sign in with a code, we send it to the email or mobile number you enter, by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Updates and offers. If you register with us or subscribe to our newsletter, we may email you the Journal, event news and offers. We send WhatsApp updates and offers only if you say yes, for example when we ask after a booking. We do not send offers by SMS unless you opt in.
Opting out. Use the unsubscribe link in any such email, reply STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message, or write to hello@feetandpedals.com. Opting out of updates and offers does not stop messages about your bookings.
