This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to services, event registrations, tickets, digital confirmations and physical items purchased through the Feet and Pedals® website operated by Nobrand Global.
1. Nature of Our Services
Most Feet and Pedals® offerings are digital or event-based and therefore do not involve conventional shipping or delivery.
2. Digital Confirmation
Following successful payment and registration, participants may receive confirmation through email, mobile communication or another electronic channel.
Depending on the event, digital tickets, QR codes, race information, digital passes or other registration details may be provided electronically.
3. Delivery of Digital Information
Digital registration confirmation is generally provided shortly after successful payment. Technical, payment-provider, email or network delays may occasionally occur.
If you do not receive your registration confirmation or relevant digital information within 24 hours, please contact us with your registration or transaction details.
4. Physical Event Items
Certain events may include physical items such as race kits, merchandise, medals, bibs, apparel or other event materials.
Where applicable, the relevant event page or registration information will specify whether such items are available for collection at the event or delivered to the participant.
5. Courier Delivery
Where courier delivery is offered, participants are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Delivery Issues
If a physical item has not been received within the applicable delivery period, or if there is an issue with a delivered item, please contact us with the relevant order or registration ID and delivery details.
7. Event Entry
Unless expressly stated otherwise, event entry does not involve shipment of a physical product. The participant's registration or participation entitlement will generally be provided electronically or verified and fulfilled through event-day collection or check-in procedures.
