Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases, event registrations and related services made through the Feet and Pedals® website, operated by Nobrand Global.
1. Event Registrations
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant event page or during checkout, event registrations are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once an event registration has been successfully completed, cancellation by the participant normally does not qualify for a refund. Any event-specific cancellation, transfer or refund terms displayed during registration will take precedence over this general policy.
2. Event Cancellation, Postponement or Change
If an event is cancelled, postponed, relocated or materially changed by Feet and Pedals®, Nobrand Global or the relevant event organiser, the available refund, credit, transfer or alternative arrangement will be communicated to registered participants and will be governed by the applicable event-specific terms.
3. Payment and Processing Charges
Payment gateway charges, convenience fees, processing fees or other transaction-related charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable event terms.
4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If a payment is debited more than once for the same registration or a payment is debited despite a failed transaction, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. After verification, any confirmed excess or failed transaction amount will be refunded as applicable.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction. The time taken for the amount to appear in the participant's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, payment provider or other financial institution.
6. How to Request a Refund
Refund-related requests should be sent to hello@feetandpedals.com and should include the following information:
- Participant name
- Registered mobile number
- Order or registration ID
- Event name
- Transaction date
- Relevant payment or transaction details
7. Applicable Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
