How do I pay?

By UPI, card, wallet or net banking, through our secure payment partner. You never share card details with us.

Why is there a convenience fee?

It covers running the platform and secure payments. Depending on the event, either you or the organiser pays it. If you pay it, 18% GST is added and you receive a GST invoice.

My payment failed or got stuck. What now?

Your booking stays in your cart with the seats held until ticket sales close. Open the cart icon and tap Finish strong, or use the Complete my booking link we email you. If money was debited without a booking, your bank reverses it automatically within 5 to 7 working days.

Can I remove a booking from my cart?

Yes. Tap the small bin icon next to it. The seats are released for others.

Where is my ticket?

In your "Booking done!" email, in the WhatsApp message (View my ticket), and under My Tickets in your account.

I booked for friends. Do we each need a ticket?

Yes. Each ticket has its own QR code. Open View my ticket and scroll through them, or share the PDF.

I didn't get the email.

Check your spam or promotions folder, then My Tickets. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your booking ID.

How do refunds work?

Request one from My Tickets at least a day before ticket sales close. Once the organiser approves, the ticket price goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days. The convenience fee and its GST are non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The event was cancelled. What happens?

We'll email and WhatsApp you with the options (refund, transfer or a new date), as set out in the refund policy.

Do I need a password?

No. We email you a one-time code each time you sign in. You can also use Google or Facebook.
