Bring Your Buddy

Bring Your Buddy (also called Crew Rewards) is run by Feet and Pedals® for its members. It rewards members who invite friends and gives those friends a welcome gift. It is a promotional offer, not a contract of employment, agency or sale of any kind, and it is separate from any discount an organiser gives on their own event.

• Anyone with a Feet and Pedals® account in good standing.
• Each person can have one account, linked to one mobile number.
• Members who work for or with Feet and Pedals® may take part only as set out by us in writing.

A buddy counts as registered only when all of these are true:

• they are completely new: their mobile number has never had a Feet and Pedals® account;
• they opened your personal link and registered within 30 days. If they open more than one link, the last one before registering counts;
• they verified their mobile number with the one-time code and added their name;
• they are a different person from you.

You cannot refer yourself, family members using your own number or device, or accounts you control. We check for this.

Credit is added to your account straight away and you will see it in Your crew. Free bookings do not count as a paid booking. If your buddy's booking is refunded or cancelled, the ₹50 linked to it is removed from your balance if you have not yet used it.

Your buddy will not be told how much you earn.

• Any event: the credit works on any event on Feet and Pedals®, not only the one you or your buddy first looked at.
• Minimum booking: the booking must be ₹299 or more.
• 20% limit: credit can pay for up to 20% of the booking value. Whatever is not used stays in your balance.
• Level limit: each level also has a rupee limit per booking and per month (see section 6).
• Applied automatically at checkout. You can see how much was used before you pay.
• Expiry: each credit expires 90 days after it was earned. Oldest credit is used first. We may extend the validity of unused credit, for all members or for some, and we will tell you when we do. We never shorten the validity of credit you have already earned.
• Not cash: credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, gifted or sold, and has no value outside Feet and Pedals®.
• Refunds: if a booking where you used credit is cancelled and refunded, the credit goes back to your balance, if it has not expired. It is never paid out as money.
• With organiser coupons: you can use Crew credit together with an organiser's own discount code on the same booking. The organiser's code is applied first, then Crew credit is applied on the remaining amount, up to 20% of that remaining amount.
• Organisers are not affected: the discount is paid by Feet and Pedals®. The organiser receives the full ticket price.

Booking bonus: when 3 of your buddies have made a first paid booking you earn ₹100, and ₹250 when 5 have.

The 20% limit applies at every level. You can earn credit for at most 20 buddies in one calendar month.

From 5 registered buddies you get:

• First to know: we tell you about new events by WhatsApp and email before we announce them widely.
• Crew priority: if an organiser adds tickets to a sold-out event, you get the first offer for a short window (currently 2 hours) before tickets open to everyone.

These do not guarantee a ticket. Availability, organiser decisions and event rules still apply, and you pay the normal price. If you do not act within the window you lose nothing.

We may hold, cancel or reverse credit, and suspend access to the programme, if we find or reasonably suspect:

• fake, duplicate or self-made accounts, or numbers you control;
• paying or pressuring people to sign up, or spam and misleading invites;
• bulk bookings made mainly to use credit, or to resell tickets;
• any breach of our Terms.

Accounts with unusually high sign-ups in a short time may be reviewed by our team before credit is released. Credit that we reverse is removed from your balance. Our decision, made fairly and in good faith, is final. You can write to us if you think we got it wrong.

• We may pause or stop offering new credits at any time, but don’t worry — any credits you’ve already earned are yours to keep! You can use them as per the terms that applied when you earned them, until they expire.
• We may change, pause or end the programme, the amounts, the levels or these terms. The amounts and limits shown on this page are always the current ones. We will tell you in the app, by email or WhatsApp when something important changes. Credit already earned stays valid under the terms it was earned under, until it expires.
• Where the law requires an invoice to show the discount, we do so. Any tax is worked out on the invoice as the law requires.

When you invite someone, you can see only their first name, whether they registered and whether they made a first paid booking. You never see their phone, email or what they booked. They never see your earnings. We contact you about the programme by WhatsApp and email. You can stop marketing messages at any time, but we may still send account and booking messages.
