What will you do?
Help Feet and Pedals® connect with sports event organisers and clubs across India, and get their events LIVE on our platform.
FIND → RESEARCH → CONNECT → EXPLAIN → ONBOARD → LIST → GO LIVE → REPEAT
- Find sports event organisers and clubs.
- Research their upcoming events and registration platforms.
- Contact organisers by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media.
- Introduce Feet and Pedals® and explain the platform.
- Help interested organisers get onboarded.
- Collect upcoming event information and help get events listed and LIVE.
- Keep organiser and follow-up information updated in our CRM.
How you earn
Your monthly target is 5 new organisers and 10 LIVE events. Meet it and earn ₹5,000 fixed, plus incentives for everything beyond it. The more you bring LIVE, the more you earn.

Examples are illustrative and not guaranteed; earnings depend on your performance. In a month you miss your target, you are paid ₹250 per new organiser and ₹100 per LIVE event, with no fixed amount. Ticket bonus is extra, for example 500 paid registrations = ₹2,500. Every event is verified with the organiser before it counts. A LIVE event counts in the month it sells its first ticket on Feet and Pedals®. A free event counts in the month 10 unique athletes (each with their own phone number and email) register for it on Feet and Pedals®; the ticket bonus applies to paid tickets only. It must be a genuine public sports event, listed with the organiser's approval and recorded in our CRM. Events with no ticket sales (or, if free, fewer than 10 unique registrations) do not count, and neither does their organiser. One-day events count separately for each date. A multi-day event (for example, 2 to 5 October) counts as one event. One event with several race categories counts as one event. Duplicate, cancelled or unapproved listings do not count, and incentives paid on them may be adjusted. Your monthly cycle starts on the date you add your first lead in our CRM, not your signup date. A lead only counts if it was added to our CRM before its event made its first sale (or, for a free event, reached 10 registrations). Incentives are paid monthly. Full terms are shared with shortlisted applicants.
Who counts as an organiser?
A club, an event company, or a national or state sports federation or association that runs events in the sports on our Categories page:
Cycling, Duathlon, Hiking, Nature Walks, Running, Swimathon, Swimming, Trail running / Ultra, Trekking and Triathlon.
Trek and hike operators count. Leisure, holiday or honeymoon travel companies do not. For any other sport, check with us before you pitch.
Who can apply?
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

What you need
- A smartphone with WhatsApp and a reliable internet connection.
- Before you start: a short video call, and a PAN and bank account in your own name.
- Confidence speaking with people on the phone, in English and/or Hindi.
- Basic comfort updating an online system. We'll show you how our CRM works.
- An interest in sport. You don't need to be an athlete.
