Feet and Pedals pays for these discounts. Organisers always receive their full ticket price.

Sign in and open My account → Refer a friend. You'll find your personal link (for example feetandpedals.com/r/PRIYA-7K2M). Tap Share on WhatsApp, or copy the link and send it any way you like.

Your friend opens the link and signs up with their email, WhatsApp number, Google or Facebook. We remember your link for 30 days, so they don't have to sign up straight away.

They'll see "[Your name] invited you!" at the top of the site, and we email them their welcome gift once they've signed up.

Their welcome discount is applied automatically at checkout. There's no code to type. It comes off the ticket price, and the convenience fee and its GST stay the same.

Your reward code is sent to you by email and WhatsApp once your friend's booking can no longer be refunded (their refund window has closed). It also appears on your Refer a friend page and is applied automatically on your next booking.

Refer a Friend terms

1. Who can refer. Any Feet and Pedals athlete account in good standing.
2. Who counts as a friend. A person who is new to Feet and Pedals and creates their first account through your link, within 30 days of opening it. Each person can be referred only once. You can't refer yourself or a second account of your own.
3. Verified accounts. The friend's email address or mobile number must be verified.
4. Friend's discount. One welcome discount per friend, valid on their first paid booking only, for 90 days after sign-up. It isn't valid on free events.
5. Your reward. One reward per friend who completes a paid booking. It's issued once your friend's booking can no longer be refunded (their refund window has closed), and only if the booking hasn't been refunded or cancelled. Reward codes are valid for 90 days.
6. Limits. Up to 10 rewards per athlete per calendar month. The programme has a monthly budget; if it's reached, new discounts pause until the start of the next month.
7. How discounts apply. On the ticket price only, not on the convenience fee or its GST, with a maximum discount per booking. One Refer a Friend discount per booking; if you have more than one code, the best one is used. An organiser's own promo code can still be used on the same booking.
8. Not cash. Discounts and reward codes have no cash value. They can't be exchanged, transferred, sold or withdrawn, and they only work on the account they were issued to.
9. Refunds. If a booking that used a discount is refunded, you get back the amount you actually paid for the tickets. The discount itself isn't refunded, and a used code doesn't come back.
10. Fair use. We may cancel discounts and rewards, or close accounts, where we see misuse such as fake accounts, self-referral or bulk sign-ups.
11. Changes. We may change the offer, the limits or these terms, or end the programme, at any time. Codes already issued stay valid until they expire. The live offer is shown on your Refer a friend page.

My friend signed up but I can't see them.

They need to open your link first and sign up within 30 days, on the same browser or phone. Friends who already had an account don't count.

My friend booked but I don't have my reward yet.

Rewards unlock when your friend's refund window closes. The date is shown next to their name.

Can my friend and I use our discounts on the same event?

Yes. Each discount applies to its owner's own booking.
