Organizer Terms and Conditions
These Organizer Terms and Conditions ("Organizer Terms") govern how event organizers list, promote, and sell registrations for their events through the Feet and Pedals website, mobile application, and related services operated by Nobrand Global. By creating an Organizer account, submitting an event for listing, or accepting any payout from us, you agree to these Organizer Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
These Organizer Terms apply in addition to the Feet and Pedals Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Participant Waiver and Risk Acknowledgement. If there is a conflict on a matter concerning Organizers, these Organizer Terms will prevail. Any separate written commercial agreement signed between you and Nobrand Global will prevail on the commercial terms it covers.

2. Role of Feet and Pedals
Feet and Pedals is an online marketplace that enables Organizers to list Events and enables Participants to discover and register for them. Unless an Event page expressly identifies Feet and Pedals or Nobrand Global as the organizer, we do not organize, conduct, manage, or control the Event.
The Organizer is solely responsible for planning, conducting, and managing its Event, including its safety, permissions, route, venue, timing, inclusions, results, refunds under its Event Terms, and all promises made to Participants. We act as an intermediary and facilitate listing, registration, and payment collection on the Organizer's behalf.
Listing an Event on the Platform does not mean that we endorse, certify, inspect, or guarantee the Event, its course, its measurement, its safety arrangements, or the Organizer.
3. Organizer Eligibility, Account and Verification
To register as an Organizer, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you act for a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Organizer Terms.
Before an Event goes live or any Payout is released, we may require verification documents, including:
- Legal name of the individual or entity and its constitution documents, where applicable.
- PAN of the Organizer and, where registered, GSTIN.
- Identity proof and contact details of the authorised signatory.
- Bank account details in the Organizer's own name, with a cancelled cheque or bank statement.
- Any other document reasonably required for fraud prevention, tax compliance, or payment service provider requirements.
You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your Organizer account, including actions taken by team members or staff you give access to, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
We may approve, reject, or put on hold any Organizer registration or Event listing at our reasonable discretion, including where verification is incomplete or information appears inaccurate.
4. Event Listings
Every Event listing must be accurate, complete, and not misleading. At a minimum, each Event page must clearly state:
- Event name, date, reporting time, start time, and cut-off times for each category.
- Venue, start and finish location, and a route description or map where applicable.
- Categories, distances, and the Registration Fee for each, inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges.
- Age limits, eligibility criteria, and any qualifying time, medical certificate, or fitness requirement.
- Inclusions such as bib, timing chip, T-shirt, medal, refreshments, and certificates, and how and when kits will be distributed.
- Event-specific refund, cancellation, transfer, and deferral terms.
- Mandatory safety equipment (for example, helmets for cycling or approved swim caps and wetsuit rules for open-water swims).
- Organizer name and a working contact phone number and email for Participant queries.
You must not make claims about course certification, timing accuracy, prize money, sponsors, celebrity presence, or affiliation with any sports body unless those claims are true and you can provide evidence on request.
We may review, edit for format and clarity, reject, or remove any listing that is incomplete, inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, or in breach of these Organizer Terms. Material changes to a live Event (date, venue, distance, inclusions, or price) must be updated on the Platform and communicated to registered Participants without delay.
5. Permissions, Licences and Legal Compliance
The Organizer must obtain, at its own cost and before the Event, all permissions, licences, approvals, and no-objection certificates required to conduct the Event lawfully. These may include permissions from the police, traffic authorities, municipal or local bodies, forest or wildlife departments, water body or pool authorities, venue owners, and any sports federation or sanctioning body where applicable.
The Organizer must keep copies of these permissions and share them with us within 3 business days of a request. We may pause ticket sales, withhold Payouts, or delist an Event if satisfactory proof is not provided.
The Organizer must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection laws, data protection laws, tax laws, labour laws, and any rules governing public events, road use, environmental protection, and the safety of minors.
6. Safety, Medical Cover and Event Operations
Participant safety is the Organizer's responsibility. The Organizer must plan and resource each Event in proportion to its size, distance, terrain, and risk, including:
- Qualified medical support on site, with ambulances, first-aid points, and trained responders placed along the course, and a tie-up with a nearby hospital.
- Adequate hydration and aid stations, and arrangements for extreme heat, cold, rain, or pollution.
- Course marking, marshals, volunteers, barricading, and traffic management at crossings and on open roads.
- For swimming and open-water events, certified lifeguards, safety kayaks or boats, water-quality checks, and swim cut-off rules.
- For cycling, mandatory helmet rules, support and sweep vehicles, and a mechanical assistance plan.
- For hikes and treks, trained guides, participant-to-guide ratios, altitude and weather checks, and evacuation routes.
- A written emergency response plan, including communication with Participants' emergency contacts.
The Organizer must postpone, modify, or stop an Event where weather, environmental, or other conditions make it unsafe to continue.
The Organizer must report any death, serious injury, missing person, or other serious incident at an Event to us at hello@feetandpedals.com within 24 hours, and cooperate with any related enquiry.
7. Insurance
The Organizer must maintain adequate public liability insurance for each Event and, where promised on the Event page, personal accident insurance for Participants. Coverage must be proportionate to the size and risk of the Event.
Where an Event page states that Participants are insured, the Organizer must ensure that the policy is valid for the Event date and share the policy details with us on request. We do not provide insurance for any Event unless we expressly state so in writing.
8. Participant Waiver and Event Terms
Every Participant accepts the Feet and Pedals Participant Waiver and Risk Acknowledgement at registration. The Organizer may publish additional Event Terms or an Event-specific waiver, provided they are clearly shown on the Event page before payment.
Event Terms must not conflict with these Organizer Terms, the Platform's policies, or applicable law, and must not attempt to increase our liability or remove Participant rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the Participant Waiver refers to Feet and Pedals conducting, changing, or cancelling an Event, those obligations rest with the Organizer for any Event the Organizer conducts.
The Organizer must collect any parent or guardian consent required for Participants below 18 years of age and must not allow a minor to participate without it.
9. Pricing, Platform Fees and Taxes
The Organizer sets the Registration Fee for each Event category. The price shown to Participants must be the total price payable, including all taxes and mandatory charges, with any optional add-ons shown separately. Hidden charges, drip pricing, and false or inflated "original" prices are not permitted.
In return for access to the Platform, the Organizer pays the Platform Fee as a percentage of the Registration Fee, according to the plan the Organizer has chosen: 5% on the Basic Monthly and Pro Monthly plans, 3% on the Basic Yearly and Pro Yearly plans, and 1% during the 90 Days Early Bird Offer. The plan and fee applicable to an Organizer are displayed in the Organizer dashboard or as agreed in writing. We may also charge Participants a convenience fee, which will be displayed at checkout and retained by us. Payment gateway charges will be borne by the party agreed in writing between the Organizer and us, and as displayed in the Organizer dashboard.
Taxes are handled as follows:
- The Organizer is solely responsible for determining, charging, and paying GST and any other tax applicable on its Registration Fees, and for issuing tax invoices to Participants where required.
- We will charge GST on our Platform Fee and issue a tax invoice to the Organizer.
- Where applicable law requires us, as an e-commerce operator, to collect tax at source under GST law or deduct tax at source under income tax law on amounts paid to Organizers, we will do so and deposit it with the government. Credit for these amounts will be reflected against the Organizer's PAN or GSTIN as per law.
We may revise the Platform Fee with at least 30 days' notice. Revised fees will not apply to registrations already completed before the change takes effect.
10. Payment Collection and Payouts
Registration Fees for Events listed on the Platform are collected by us through our authorised payment service providers, on behalf of the Organizer. The Organizer must not ask Participants who registered on the Platform to pay any part of the Registration Fee through another channel.
Payouts are made to the verified bank account of the Organizer, as follows:
- Timing: Payouts are released within 2 business days after the Event is successfully completed, or on the Payout schedule shown in the Organizer dashboard. We may, at our discretion, release a part of the Payout before the Event.
- Deductions: The Payout equals Registration Fees collected, less the Platform Fee and applicable GST, payment gateway charges where borne by the Organizer, refunds, chargebacks, taxes collected or deducted at source, and any other amounts the Organizer owes us.
- Statements: A settlement statement for each Payout will be available in the Organizer dashboard. The Organizer must raise any discrepancy within 30 days of the statement.
We may withhold, delay, or reserve all or part of a Payout where an Event is cancelled, postponed, or materially changed; where we receive significant Participant complaints or chargebacks; where required permissions or documents are pending; where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Organizer Terms; or where required by law or a payment service provider.
We may set off any amount the Organizer owes us, including refunds we have paid to Participants on the Organizer's behalf, against any present or future Payout. If Payouts are insufficient, the Organizer must pay the balance within 7 days of our written demand.
11. Discounts and Coupons
Organizers may create coupons for their own Events through the Organizer dashboard. Each coupon applies only to the Event for which it is created, and may offer a percentage or flat-amount discount, subject to any minimum ticket quantity or other conditions the Organizer sets.
The cost of any Organizer coupon is borne entirely by the Organizer, and the Payout will be calculated on the discounted Registration Fee actually paid. Unless agreed otherwise, the Platform Fee is calculated on the amount actually paid by the Participant.
The Organizer must honour every valid coupon it issues, state its conditions clearly, and must not use coupons to mislead Participants about the regular price of an Event. Coupons or promotions funded by Feet and Pedals, if any, will not reduce the Organizer's Payout unless agreed in writing.
12. Refunds, Cancellations and Event Changes
The Organizer must publish clear Event-specific refund, cancellation, transfer, and deferral terms before the Event goes live. These terms apply alongside the Feet and Pedals Refund and Cancellation Policy and may not be changed to the disadvantage of Participants who have already registered.
Cancellation by the Organizer. If the Organizer cancels an Event for any reason other than force majeure, every affected Participant must receive a full refund of the Registration Fee paid. The Organizer must inform us and all registered Participants at least 7 days before the Event date where possible, and in any case as soon as the decision is made.
Postponement, relocation, or material change. If the date, venue, distance, or key inclusions change materially, Participants must be offered the choice of keeping their registration for the revised Event or receiving a refund, unless the Event Terms displayed at registration expressly provided otherwise.
Force majeure. If an Event is cancelled or changed due to a force majeure event, the Organizer must offer the refund, credit, deferral, or other arrangement stated in its Event Terms. Where no arrangement was stated, the Organizer must offer a reasonable arrangement agreed with us.
Processing refunds. Refunds to Participants will be processed through the Platform to the original payment method. We may deduct refund amounts from the Organizer's current or future Payouts. Where an Event is cancelled or materially changed by the Organizer, we may retain the Platform Fee and payment gateway charges on refunded registrations, and the Organizer will bear the cost of refunding them to Participants where required.
Registrations with no-show. A Participant's failure to attend does not entitle them to a refund unless the Event Terms say otherwise.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Where a Participant raises a chargeback or payment dispute relating to an Event, the Organizer must provide supporting evidence (such as proof of Event delivery, kit collection, attendance, or communication) within 3 business days of our request.
Chargebacks arising from the Event not being held as described, poor Event delivery, or any act or omission of the Organizer will be borne by the Organizer, including related bank or gateway charges, and may be recovered from Payouts.
14. Race Kits, Merchandise and Physical Items
The Organizer is responsible for producing and delivering every physical item promised on the Event page, such as bibs, timing chips, T-shirts, medals, and goodie bags, in the sizes and quantities ordered.
The Organizer must state the kit collection venue, dates, timings, and documents required, or the courier delivery method and timeline, on the Event page. Where courier delivery is offered, the Organizer bears responsibility for dispatch and for resolving non-delivery, consistent with the Feet and Pedals Shipping and Delivery Policy.
15. Results, Timing and Certificates
Where timing or results are offered, the Organizer is responsible for their accuracy and for publishing results and finisher certificates within 7 days of the Event, or the timeline stated on the Event page. The Organizer must handle result corrections and timing disputes promptly and fairly.
The Organizer may upload results and certificates to the Platform where the feature is available, and grants us the right to display them to Participants.
16. Participant Data and Privacy
We share with the Organizer the Participant information reasonably needed to conduct the Event, such as name, contact details, age or date of birth, category, T-shirt size, emergency contact, and any medical or fitness information collected at registration.
For the personal data it receives, the Organizer acts as an independent data fiduciary and must comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, its rules, and other applicable laws. In particular, the Organizer must:
- Use Participant data only to conduct, manage, and communicate about the Event, including safety and emergency coordination.
- Not sell, rent, or share Participant data with third parties, except service providers directly involved in the Event (such as timing, medical, and kit partners) who are bound to protect it.
- Not send promotional messages to Participants unless the Participant has separately consented to receive them from the Organizer.
- Take extra care with health information and with data of Participants below 18 years of age, and not use minors' data for tracking, profiling, or targeted advertising.
- Protect the data with reasonable security safeguards and delete it once it is no longer needed for the Event or for legal and accounting purposes.
- Notify us within 24 hours of becoming aware of any breach involving Participant data, and cooperate in any response.
The Organizer must not collect Participant data outside the Platform for Events registered through it, except as required on the Event day (such as kit collection or on-site forms). Our handling of personal data is described in the Feet and Pedals Privacy Policy.
17. Participant Support and Grievances
The Organizer must respond to Participant queries about its Event within 48 hours, and more quickly in the final week before the Event. Queries about payments, registration errors, or the Platform itself may be handled by us.
Where we forward a Participant complaint or grievance, the Organizer must provide a response and proposed resolution within 3 business days, so that we can meet our own obligations under consumer protection law. If the Organizer fails to respond, we may resolve the complaint directly, including by issuing a refund that will be recovered from the Organizer's Payout.
18. Content, Intellectual Property and Branding
The Organizer retains ownership of its Event name, logos, images, and other content it uploads. The Organizer grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and use that content to list, promote, and market the Event and the Platform, including on social media, email, and in the mobile application, for as long as the Event is listed and for a reasonable archival period afterwards.
The Organizer confirms that it owns or has permission to use all content it uploads, including photographs of people, and that the content does not infringe anyone's rights.
The Feet and Pedals name and logo are registered trademarks of Nobrand Global. The Organizer may refer to the Platform, for example "Register on Feet and Pedals", only in the form and style we approve. The brand name must always be written as "Feet and Pedals" and never with the "&" symbol. No other use of our trademarks is permitted without our prior written consent.
19. Prohibited Conduct
The Organizer must not:
- List an Event that does not exist, that it has no right or capacity to conduct, or that is unlawful or unsafe.
- Publish false, misleading, or exaggerated information, or fake reviews, ratings, or registration counts.
- Create fake or duplicate registrations, or manipulate sales, rankings, or coupon systems.
- Collect money from Participants registered on the Platform outside the Platform, or direct them to other channels to avoid the Platform Fee.
- Discriminate against Participants on grounds prohibited by law.
- Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or infringing, or that contains malware.
- Scrape, copy, or misuse Platform data, or interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
- Promote gambling, tobacco, or alcohol to minors, or any product or service prohibited by law, at or through the Event.
20. Organizer Representations and Warranties
The Organizer represents and warrants, on registration and for every Event it lists, that:
- It is validly existing and authorised to enter into these Organizer Terms.
- All information it provides to us and to Participants is true, accurate, and complete.
- It has, or will obtain before the Event, all permissions, licences, and insurance required to conduct the Event lawfully and safely.
- It has the capability, funds, and resources to deliver the Event as described.
- It will honour all commitments made to Participants, sponsors, and vendors in connection with the Event.
21. Indemnity
The Organizer will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nobrand Global, Feet and Pedals, and their respective directors, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers from all claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
- The planning, conduct, cancellation, or change of any Event listed by the Organizer.
- Any injury, death, illness, loss, or damage suffered by a Participant, spectator, volunteer, or other person in connection with the Event.
- Any breach of these Organizer Terms, the Organizer's Event Terms, or applicable law.
- Any tax, duty, or statutory liability of the Organizer.
- Any misuse of Participant data by the Organizer or its service providers.
- Any claim that content supplied by the Organizer infringes third-party rights.
22. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any minimum number of registrations, uninterrupted availability, or any particular commercial result from listing an Event.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable to the Organizer for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability to the Organizer in connection with these Organizer Terms will not exceed the Platform Fees actually received by us from the Organizer for the relevant Event, or in the 3 months before the claim arose, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Organizer Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. Suspension, Delisting and Termination
We may immediately suspend ticket sales, delist an Event, withhold Payouts, or suspend or terminate an Organizer account where the Organizer breaches these Organizer Terms, receives repeated or serious Participant complaints, provides false information, fails to deliver an Event, or where we reasonably believe an Event is unsafe or unlawful.
The Organizer may close its account by written notice to hello@feetandpedals.com, but only after all Events with active registrations are completed, or cancelled and refunded in accordance with Section 12.
Termination does not affect registrations already sold, which the Organizer must honour, or any amounts owed between the parties. Sections on payments and set-off, refunds, chargebacks, data protection, intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and governing law survive termination.
24. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential any non-public business, commercial, technical, or pricing information received from the other, and use it only for the purposes of these Organizer Terms. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
25. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war, riots, government orders, or failures of third-party networks. A force majeure event does not excuse the Organizer from refunding or compensating Participants as required under Section 12.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Organizer Terms from time to time. We will notify Organizers of material changes by email or through the Organizer dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after the effective date means the Organizer accepts the updated terms.
27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Organizer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Organizer Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
28. General Provisions
- Relationship: The Organizer and Nobrand Global are independent parties. Nothing in these Organizer Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship.
- Assignment: The Organizer may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign ours to an affiliate or successor.
- Notices: We may send notices to the email address registered on the Organizer account. Notices to us must be sent to hello@feetandpedals.com.
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No waiver: A delay or failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
- Entire agreement: These Organizer Terms, the Platform policies referred to above, and any signed commercial agreement form the entire agreement between the parties on this subject.
