Shipping and Delivery Policy

Feet & Pedals primarily provides digital services, event registrations, participation entries, memberships, and related offerings.

Digital Delivery

Upon successful registration and payment:

• Confirmation emails are sent to the registered email address.

• Event tickets, registration confirmations, race bib details, participation credentials, or digital passes may be delivered electronically.

• SMS and WhatsApp communications may also be used where applicable.

Delivery Timeline

Digital confirmations are generally delivered immediately after successful payment.

In certain circumstances, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Physical Deliverables

Where applicable, event kits, merchandise, race bibs, medals, or promotional materials may be distributed:

• At designated collection points

• During event expos

• At the event venue

• Through courier services where specifically mentioned

Delivery timelines for physical items will be communicated separately for each event.
