Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Feet & Pedals, we strive to provide a smooth registration and event participation experience.

Event Registrations

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the event registration page:

• Event registrations are non-transferable.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

• Processing charges, convenience fees, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Participant Cancellation

If a participant is unable to attend an event after registration, no refund shall be provided unless specifically mentioned in the event's terms.

Event Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is cancelled by the organizer:

• Participants may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

• Alternatively, participants may receive event credits or transfer options for future events.

Event Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled:

• Existing registrations may remain valid.

• Refund requests, if any, will be governed by the specific event policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method.

Processing timelines generally range from 7 to 15 business days depending upon banking partners and payment providers.
